Morning Warm Up Asana Poses



1:BedAsana/ getting the blood flowing by moving the body a bit..Example: neck circles are great for the neck when waking,make sure you dont over stretch though


2:Cat pose


3:Spinal twist


 4:Sunsalutation.-Mountain pose-forward bend-lunge-downward dog-cobra-doward dog-cobra-lunge-forward bend-sunsalute-moutain pose..                        


5:Half moon


6:Lunges(bothsides)


7:Child's pose
